At ZAYVOR STUDIO, we ensure every order is carefully packed and dispatched with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting our pieces.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be announced separately.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) — 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities — 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas — 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping fee of ₹99 for orders below the threshold
5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order through our courier partner's website.
6. Failed Delivery & RTO If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make 2 re-attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [zayvor.studio.@gmail.com] with your order number and photos (if applicable).
8. Important Notes
- ZAYVOR STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. We cannot modify addresses once the order is dispatched.
